30-day return window

Eligible unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How returns work

  1. Email velorica.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and share the next steps.
  3. Once the item is received and checked, refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund.
