Returns & Refunds

30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Items returned under this voluntary policy must be unused and include all accessories. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are sent to Shenzhen, China.

Contact velorica.store@gmail.com with your order details before sending a voluntary return so we can provide the return address and instructions.

Refund Processing

For returns under our voluntary change-of-mind policy, we will inspect the returned goods and initiate any refund due promptly. Where applicable consumer law requires an earlier refund or allows proof of return to trigger the refund deadline, those requirements apply. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund.

Faulty Products and Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For a minor problem, we will provide a remedy at no cost within a reasonable time. If we cannot or will not fix the problem within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly described, contact velorica.store@gmail.com as soon as you discover the problem. Where a consumer guarantee has not been met, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs, including reimbursing reasonable costs already paid. Please retain your postage receipts.

Your Statutory Rights

The 30-day period, unused-item requirement, accessories condition and customer-paid return shipping apply only to our voluntary change-of-mind policy. They do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. Our voluntary return contact procedure and processing timetable do not restrict those statutory rights. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may inspect goods as permitted by law.
