Shipping Policy

Order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, customs and delayed parcel guidance.

Velorica ships orders to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping options, prices and delivery estimates may vary depending on product availability, order value, delivery address, carrier capacity and fulfilment location.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, carrier delays or customs processing. If an item requires additional handling time or becomes unavailable, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be offered for eligible orders, promotions or delivery locations when displayed on the website or at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Typical estimates are 3 to 8 business days after dispatch for metro and major regional areas, 5 to 12 business days after dispatch for remote or regional areas, and 7 to 20 business days after dispatch for international deliveries where available, excluding customs delays. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is expressly offered at checkout.

Tracking and address accuracy

Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package. Please enter your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and local charges may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Customs inspections or clearance processes may delay delivery.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact us and include your order number. We will review the tracking information and assist where possible. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may request it.
